Really appreciate all fine-tuning on the program before we arrived, … the pre-con with [him] (driving all the way from San Jose!) and then leaving us in PD’s very capable hands at the hotel. It was a blessing to have him in the office with us every day, assisting our guests with their many questions, managing coaches and TAM staff for arrivals, departures, dinner and activities. Everything went very smoothly onsite, though we do hope that [his] cold (which started in the line of duty holding umbrellas for guests boarding coaches at Coconut!) is much better!! Your staff team of guides and drivers and hospitality desk was courteous and helpful throughout - special thanks to [the rest of the staff] who managed guests at airport and during activities. With our many family groups, this was a “different” kind of incentive group!
