Safari Float & Chocolate Experience

This tour is the perfect combination of adventure and sweet, cultural immersion, and begins on the Peñas Blancas River. Family-friendly and ideal for nature lovers of all ages, the adventure begins on the river bank with safety instructions and the handing out of life jackets. Before you know it, you’ll be floating down the river in total serenity – be sure to look for monkeys, the Long-Nosed bat, iguanas, Jesus Christ lizards, and owls within your surroundings!

Next, we will depart for the Sweet Chocolate Tour, where you will learn about the history of chocolate, its discovery and the production process. You will get to participate in the production and harvesting of the cocoa, drying techniques, and grinding of the seeds! At the end of the tour, you will get a chance to sample some of the high- quality gourmet chocolate! Sweet day, indeed.
