Labyrinths have only one path, that symbolizes our journey in life, and takes us inward, guiding us to discover who we are.
Your yoga experience starts walking through the world’s biggest labyrinth. Explore your inner self and feel the influence of the male and female energy vortex located on its center where the yoga lesson will take place.
Once you finish your Yoga Lesson get ready to prepare yourself a Costa Rican meal from scratch using as many healthy ingredients as possible chosen from those grown directly at La Senda.

Day 3:
- Immersion at Palo Verde National Park
A 18,410-hectare park that encompasses different habitats, including mangrove, salty and freshwater marshes and evergreen forests… An enchanting boat ride for exploring the bird life of the mangrove forests in a national park. A memorable day for nature lovers.

Drive to Nosara. We have a couple of days to explore the area.

Learn a new skill while in Costa Rica!
Nosara is well known for offering “Some of the most reliable surf in the world, typically ranging from knee-high to double-overhead, with gentle white-water waves closer to the beach that are ideal for beginners.” The New York Times.
It can be challenging at the beginning but fun and adrenaline is guaranteed when surfing. That memory when you get to stand on your surfboard for the first time will last forever and will be one of the many you will share with family and friends when you return home.

The town of Nosara offers so many casual things to do, you know! Chiringuitos by the beach to have a cocktail, boutique stores, art galleries… just wander around and discover.

Day 6:

- Turtle Nesting at Ostional
Experience the second biggest gathering of turtles in the world!
Witness this magic and unique show at Ostional Wildlife Refuge where turtles come all year long at the beach but there are certain times of the year where you can see hundreds of thousands of turtles all come to nest at once (August-November).
Witness how this rural community learned to live in peace with turtles, their efforts to protect them, how they are taking advantage to develop the community and create job opportunities for locals.
- Sound Healing & BreathWork therapy
Lie down and relax as your mind experiences a heightened and relaxed state of awareness!
This is an “inner journey” guided by numerous sounds made by different sound healing instruments and tools like Gongs, Crystal Alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls and others; all with varying frequencies and vibrations… each resonating with different parts of the body. These tones can lead you into a state of total relaxation in which healing and connection to a higher consciousness can take place.

Costa Rica is famous among other things for its biodiversity; during this guided visit you will get to see some of the most emblematic species of animals like the Howler Monkeys; you will also learn about their challenges to survive and the risks they have to affront everyday as a result of the human development and loss of their habitat.
While you are traveling through Costa Rica we will encourage you to travel being conscious of your impact in the environment; after this experience we will encourage you to take an active role to help Mother Nature to heal and protect its wildlife.

When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, that of the light changing and another small cycle closing.
