Asís Project Rescue Center
The Asis Project Rescue Center is a wildlife refuge in which injured animals are taken in, cared for, and then returned to their natural habitats to integrate. During your visit, the naturalist guide will point out and give you information about each animal you come across. You will learn about the importance of conservation and protection of animals, how it should be done, and how your visit impacts the lives of these animals. If you’d like to volunteer, you can help in preparing food and taking it to the animals, or in the actual process of returning the animals back to their habitat. After this experience, you will surely see conservation from a new perspective!
