Cancellation Policy

FULL & PARTIAL TRIP CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the entire trip booked through TAM TRAVEL and/or cancellation of one or more, but not all, members of the party.

• In case of cancellation between confirmation and 30 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total trip cost will be charged, and the remaining monies from your deposit (10% of total trip cost) can be refunded or used as future travel credit (less any non-refundable expenses).

• In case of cancellation up to 29 – 19 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full cost of your holiday will be charged; the remaining 50% can be refunded or used as future travel credit (less any non-refundable expenses).

• In case of cancellation 19 – 15 days prior to arrival, 75% of the full cost of your holiday will be charged; the remaining 25% can be refunded or used as future travel credit (less any non-refundable expenses).

• In case of cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the full cost of your holiday will be charged

* TAM TRAVEL strongly recommends for clients to purchase trip cancellation insurance.

(*) Please note that in the case of cancellation of one or more travelers, trip cost will vary accordingly and may incur additional costs for the remaining travelers.

(**) Credits can be used against a trip starting within two years of the original travel date.

Flexible change or cancel policies for traveler impacted by COVID-19

Many reservations may qualify for either free cancellation or no-fee change options. After you review the cancellation policies that apply to your reservation, you can change or cancel your reservations from within your itinerary. Remember that if you booked a package vacation, you’ll have to cancel your hotel or other lodging and your flight separately.

We’ve also been working with our local partners and venders to help us provide flexible policies du to COVID-19, take in to consideration that one and all of them have different policies and conditions, each case will be handle individually.

For hotels or other lodging, check your itinerary to see if your reservation qualifies for free cancellation. If it doesn’t, you can still cancel, but standard cancellation policies will apply. If you don’t see an option to cancel, it might mean that your booking is either too close to check-in or activity date or is non-refundable.
